MR ANWARUL ISLAM
Mr. Anwarul Islam who is a veteran in refractory and insulation lining having more than 60 years experience across varied industries all over India and Abroad with exposure to a lot of multinational organizations. Having started his career very early he has worked with erstwhile British Companies in sixties.
MR AREFUL ISLAM
Armed with a B.Tech (Hons) in Mechanical Engineer from IIT Kharagpur, a young lad set off to Bombay to start his first job at Pfizer Ltd to gain a deep understanding of the corporate culture. The next job was for a couple of years with Reliance Industries Ltd. in their Patalganga Plant in Mechanical Operations. In February 1993 he finally left RIL and came to Kolkata to work in Islam & Associates as a site engineer at JBIL, Joka near Kolkata. Thereafter he continued in the firm and continues to function as Senior Partner today.

MR ARIZUL ISLAM
Born and raised in Calcutta, India. Studied in Calcutta and went onto pursue his undergrad in Mechanical Engineering at VIT Vellore. Worked at ZS Associates and NCCC post VIT and then moved to the USA for B-School at Fuqua, Duke. Thereafter worked in Sales in the Semiconductor and PLC space before founding his own company. At present Arizul overlooks companies in the USA, UK, UAE, and India. He aims to be a full time Industrialist in this lifetime.
